- A monthly income paid directly to you when a disability prevents you from returning to work
- Up to 60% of your average monthly income (maximum of $5,000 a month)
- Three benefit period options—up to two years, five years, or to age 65 and various waiting periods to choose from
- Residual Disability Benefit—supplements your income if you return to work after a covered disability and your earnings are reduced by 25% or more
